When I tested this thing in-store, I didn’t really have time to read the instructional booklet that came with it. But upon reading said tome, I realized that contrary to what I initially thought, this thing does indeed have built-in distortion. There’s a special secret button you have to push and you have to turn the overdrive volume high enough to create that effect, but it’s there.
